Rocky Rococo Pizza in Fond du Lac

After waiting almost a half hour for our pizza, they made it competely wrong. They were told very light sauce, not pile it on. Also ordered black olives on the entire pizza, but only got it on half. When I complained to the manager I was told an excuse, that it was a new employee. Sorry but I should not be made to pay $40 for the wrong pizza!!! Never again!!!

I’m giving three stars because every other time I’ve gone the food has been great, but today they gave me a very burnt slice. I went through the drive through and only found out about it when I got home. I tried to muscle my way through and eat it but it tastes like burnt toast so I’m just gonna have sleep for dinner tonight I guess.

Rude service and treated disrespectly im blind and disabled

Rocky's is just an institution. Same big fat slices I had back in college. Favorite is the Uncle Sal's Spectacular.

Service is slow, food way too greasy. Its dying company and all other pizza places in town are way better. Also the gabby girls at the counter are rude!

Cheese pizza was burnt (seems like the few times we get rockys this always happens). The breadsticks were hard on one end from sitting under the heat lamp so long. Rockys used to be good but man has gone down hill. Very disappointed!!!

I honestly try to stop there every time I'm in Fond Du Lac because of my job with Hallcon. I drop off CN Railroad crews at the CN North Fond Du Lac Yard on Ohio St and Rocky Rococo Pizza is on my way back home to Hammond IN. Sometimes it's timing and sometimes it's financial (you know what I mean) neither of which I have any control over. They're used to be one in Calumet City Illinois over 30 years ago and I miss it dearly! Damn you White Castle, damn you to hell ! Lol!

The female manager here is one the best I've ever dealt with. This place can get crazy at dinner time and they've made mistakes on a couple of my others. They would go above and beyond to make up for it. This manager gave me a free large stuffed crust pizza because my order wasn't ready when I arrived. I had to wait for about 20 min for it to be done. She paid for a soda for me while I waited, gave my children and I extra bread sticks and cookies all in her.Businesses just don't have exceptional help like that anymore in my opinion. I truly appreciated her caring nature and service that was above and beyond!

I stopped in tonight and drove 15 miles just cause my kids wanted rockys. The girl and the window was super but i didnt look in the bag. I got home and all 4 slices were all black and threw them away. It was almost like someone was disgruntled in the kitchen cause it even smelt burnt and all crusty/black. I already emailed the office but lets see what happens. I wasnt going back up as its 40 minute round trip. Just a note to look at the product before you leave. I felt bad about posting but the owner or manager called me an appologized and was going to send me coupons. Restored my faith in this place and will continue to stop there once a week. It was kinda my fault for not looking but shouldnt have to i guess. Thank u rockys in fdl for the excellent way you treated us!

Nice salad bar not many around

Service was great. But the food was better. Arrived at the drive thru 3 minutes before close and the girl working was patient an courteous and turned the lights back on the menu board just for us.

My friend from school works there and she is absolutely wonderful at her job. Great service, polite employees, and I have never had an order mistake. Highly recommend for the best Italian food in town.

This local franchise has wonderful deep dish pizza. I am never disappointed. However, I do not care for the dipping sauce. It does not taste like either the pizza nor pasta sauces. Wish it was the pizza sauce, personally.

I ordered the anniversary special. Rocky’s sausage pizza used to be my favorite food ever. Their “ground beef”? That’s all it is. No seasoning. To add onto it, the breadsticks were mostly burnt. Bring back the large sausages with the perfect seasoning, please.

Love this pizza - especially the whole wheat crust. Really like that they put one in sheboygan now, as I used to have to drive to fond dublac or Appleton to get it!

Employee Barb was very friendly. Had a slice of the day with breadsticks. Everything was fast an was at the perfect temperature. Delicious.

There's nothing great about this location. They pretty much get it done. Borderline most of the time, its fdl what do you expect
